1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any product, service, indicator, software, coaching session, educational material, or content provided by The Receiver Core LLC, doing business as Trading Byrd (“Trading Byrd,” “TradingByrd,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Terms, Policies & Legal Agreement (“Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase, access, or use any Trading Byrd services.

2. Educational Use Only – No Financial Advice

All products and services provided by Trading Byrd, including but not limited to indicators, scripts, alerts, coaching sessions, mentorship, videos, charts, written materials, and educational content, are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided by Trading Byrd constitutes:

• Financial advice

• Investment advice

• Trading advice

• A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument

You acknowledge that Trading Byrd is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and that you alone are responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Trading Byrd makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding profitability, performance, signal accuracy, trade outcomes, risk reduction, or account growth.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total financial loss.

4. Risk Disclosure (Stocks, Options, Crypto & Derivatives)

You acknowledge and accept that trading financial instruments—including but not limited to stocks, ETFs, options, futures, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies—involves significant risk.

Cryptocurrencies and derivative products carry additional risks including, but not limited to:

• Extreme volatility

• Liquidity risk

• Leverage and margin risk

• Execution and slippage risk

• Regulatory uncertainty

Trading Byrd is not responsible for loss of capital, margin calls, liquidation events, technical failures, platform outages, third-party disruptions, or any emotional, psychological, or financial stress resulting from trading activity.

5. Waiver of Liability & Waiver of Right to Sue

By purchasing a subscription or using any Trading Byrd product or service, you expressly and irrevocably waive any and all rights to bring claims, lawsuits, arbitration demands, or legal actions against The Receiver Core LLC, Trading Byrd, or any of its owners, members, affiliates, contractors, or partners.

This waiver applies to claims related to, but not limited to:

• Financial losses

• Trading losses

• Missed opportunities

• Emotional or psychological distress

• Physical or mental well-being

You agree that all use of Trading Byrd services is entirely at your own risk, regardless of outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Receiver Core LLC, DBA Trading Byrd, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—any Trading Byrd service.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the services.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All Trading Byrd content and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of The Receiver Core LLC, including but not limited to indicators, scripts, logic, formulas, methodologies, alerts, visuals, educational materials, branding, trademarks, and proprietary systems.

You may not:

• Copy, share, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or disclose any materials

• Reverse-engineer, recreate, or replicate logic or functionality

• Publicly display or commercially exploit any Trading Byrd materials

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.

8. License Grant (Limited & Revocable)

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license for personal, non-commercial use only.

This license does not convey ownership and may be revoked at any time upon violation of this Agreement or cancellation of service.

9. Subscription Terms (Monthly & Annual Plans)

Access to Trading Byrd services is provided only while your subscription remains active. Failed payments, chargebacks, or cancellations will result in immediate loss of access.

Annual plans are billed once per year. Trading Byrd reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or plan structure at its discretion.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.

Due to immediate digital access, no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

11. Coaching & Mentorship Disclaimer

All coaching and mentorship services are provided strictly for educational purposes only. No financial advice, trade recommendations, or performance guarantees are offered.

Sessions are for personal use only and may not be recorded, redistributed, or shared without express written consent.

12. Conduct & Termination Policy

Trading Byrd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for:

• Abuse or harassment

• Policy violations

• Account sharing

• Intellectual property misuse

• Fraud or chargeback abuse

13. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Trading Byrd services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not in court.

Arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

14. Waiver of Class Action

You agree that all disputes must be brought solely on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Receiver Core LLC, DBA Trading Byrd, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your use of the services or violation of this Agreement.

16. Modifications to Terms

Trading Byrd reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which The Receiver Core LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
